- We’ll ship almost any products on our samediffshop.com to most Canadian locations, and we ship from Toronto.
- For any purchase over $75, we offer a free standard shipping. Additional shipping fee may apply depending on the location. Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.
- Estimate arrives in 5 –11 business days.
- We process online orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays and due to covid restrictions.
- Successfully completion of your placed orders, customers will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us samediffshop@gmail.com for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at samediffshop@gmail.com. We will not be able to make any changes to your completed order after it has been shipped.
- Customers are responsible to review and ensure that you have entered the correct and detailed address information. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and you can re-submit your order online.
- NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOX: Orders can’t be delivered to PO boxes. Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
PICK UP SERVICES: Currently we offer one pick up point (near Yonge & Steeles) within the Greater Toronto Area. We are working on setting up more pick up points in the near future. If you would like to pick up your order at our designated pick up point, please confirm the pick up point and your preferred pick up time slot before checking out.
